I supported by ideating, designing and rolling out a company-wide system for contract requests and approvals, complete with full digitization and a smart coding system for both legacy and new agreements, transforming administrative work into a seamless workflow. The payoff was transformative: approval times were reduced by half, lawyers shifted to high-impact priorities, and we powered through a flawless 40% share sale while modernizing the legal department.

Self-Service Contract System

Amid the high-volume relentless pace of a client and its legal operations, frequent low-value recurrent agreements were bottlenecking commercial deals and in-house lawyer’s work. I led the charge to build and deploy a self-service system tailored for these high-volume agreements, empowering commercial teams to handle them independently across the company.
