Success Client Stories

Stories of projects and clients I've worked with over the years.

1

Contract Lifecycle Management

In an international company, the legal team was drowning in routine, low‑value contracts and processes that stole time from strategic work and created friction with other responsibilities. Getting requests by printed forms and emails was not working anymore.

I helped address this problem by ideating, designing, and rolling out a company‑wide system for contract requests and approvals, complete with full digitization of the contract lifecycle, from the initial request to its administration. I also implemented a smart and unique numbering system for both legacy and new agreements, transforming administrative work into a seamless workflow.

The payoff was transformative: approval and signature times were reduced by half, lawyers shifted to high‑impact priorities, which had a positive impact on climate surveys, and in the medium term this process digitalization supported a flawless equity stake sale, while modernizing the legal department.

2

Self-Service Contract System

Amid the relentless pace of a client's legal operations, frequent low-value, recurring agreements were bottlenecking commercial sales and in-house lawyers' work.

I led the effort to build and deploy a self-service system tailored for these high-volume, low-value agreements. By creating internal alignment within the legal department, we defined what could be delegated using pre-approved templates, and we empowered and trained commercial teams to handle them with some autonomy, while maintaining legal oversight.

The result was a game changer: self-service for low-value contracts unleashed the operational speed that commercial departments needed and freed legal talent to focus on big-picture strategy, proving the power of smart automation.

Companies' Formation and Good Standing

My client had created over 50 legal entities and worked with more than 10 law firms across different countries (domestic and overseas), each entity corresponding to different businesses and subject to different obligations and fees in each jurisdiction. This created an administrative and legal workload in risk management and potential regulatory non-compliance if a deadline was missed.

I took the lead in coordinating relationships with these different law firms, overseeing critical matters, including service-related dispute resolution and fee payments to keep partnerships aligned. I also implemented a timeline and data room system for administering those 50+ entities, planning ahead for upcoming requirements and rigorously ensuring each company met local compliance standards, from due diligence to reporting.

This approach fostered international collaboration, while maintaining 100% compliance across entities, accelerating project rollout, mitigating risks, and positioning operations for sustainable growth in regulated markets.

4

Regulatory Burdens

Working with regulated telecoms infrastructures means navigating a dense web of zoning rules, land-use restrictions, and regulations that can easily derail project construction, site acquisitions, and rollout schedules, with potential financial losses.

On permits and due diligence, I mapped regulatory requirements, identified permitting and compliance risks early, and translated them for business leaders, ensuring every deal and construction project aligned with local zoning laws and regulations, while keeping stakeholders aligned and projects moving.

This regulatory work secured more than 40 viable infrastructure sites, prevented costly delays, and gave the company a compliant, scalable footprint in key locations for decades. By turning complex regulatory and permitting hurdles into clear, actionable steps, these projects strengthened the service and helped position the business for future infrastructure growth in the region.

5

Automated Lawsuits

In a high-volume litigation environment at a firm in Spain, we were still preparing lawsuits manually, inputting the same information across three separate systems and spending hours on each document, with errors slowing the process down and adding pressure to the team. I helped drive the shift by working on the implementation of an autofill software solution: we structured the information we needed, fed it into a single tool, and redesigned the workflow so lawsuits could be generated faster and with far fewer mistakes, turning a repetitive process into a more reliable and streamlined legal workflow.

The result was a leaner, smarter drafting process that cut preparation times significantly and gave the team more room to focus on case strategy instead of administrative work. What had once been a major bottleneck became a practical example of improved legal operations, where technology helped the team deliver pleadings with greater speed, consistency, and confidence.
